Bay Country Driving School (BCDS) is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to teach classroom sessions and conduct behind-the-wheel training for new drivers.

What We're Looking For:

We need patient, encouraging, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in helping students become safe, responsible drivers. The ideal BCDS instructor is:

• ✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using online systems for scheduling and grading
• ✔ Well-Groomed & Professional – Maintains a neat and professional appearance

Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Requirements:

• ✅ At least 21 years old and in good health
• ✅ High school diploma or GED
• ✅ Clean driving record (no suspensions or revocations in the past three years)
• ✅ Fingerprinting & Background Check – Once hired, candidate must provide a dated official receipt verifying that fingerprinting has been completed and a criminal background check has been requested to the MVA with your Instructor's Application.
